It’s great unless you constantly use a fan, AC, or are in a physically active environment. Makes sense, but I barely have any air current in my house and the smoke still doesn’t completely flow to the bottom. It flows, but it doesn’t fill up the pool. Also, I’ve always known I’ve had a bad sense of smell, but I think that you don’t really smell the different scents. It just smells like straight and normal incense, AND the incense acorn things only last a few minutes. BUT THE PRODUCT IS STILL GREAT! You get the smell going around your house and the incomplete flow is still pleasing to watch and to relax to. :)

It works and looks awesome. Only problem is you only get one scent. They enclose a letter to email them for a variety pack but it falls on deaf ears .I've been waiting for months now, with no response to any of my emails. In fact I actually bought an extra one for a friend of mine. Now look a little like a jerk because I told them they would get a variety pack of scents that im pretty sure how it was advertised. Other than that product works fine and looks great.

This product works as described. Mountain waterfall looks elegant and makes an awesome decoration piece in my family room specially when guests are coming home.There are 7 flavors of cones. These are fragnant enough. Tried sandalwood today and living room smells so good. However only complaint i have is that they last 10-12 mins only.Only reason I went for this one is because for comparative options it comes along with 150 Backflow Incense Cones, 30 Incense Sticks & 25 Incense Coils which is large stock and should last for months. This will save those extra amount which I might have spent on purchasing incense cones.Product might not be best in market in terms of longevity but worth for the price due to large amount of accessories. Recommended.

I received this Incense burner as a Mother’s Day gift and I adore it. I love how the smoke glides down into the crevasses. It is hypnotic. However, the back flow incense cones do not have a fragrance really. I tried the lavender and it smelled nothing like lavender. I then tried the sandalwood and it smelled like the lavender. The smell was like a basic incense fragrance. This is disappointing, but the smoke effect is great to watch. The other incense sticks and coils actually smell like sandalwood which is great. The cones only burn for about 15 minutes. All-in-all, this is a decent product. The cones just need work.

It's really cool to watch but the cones that come with it smell like burning plastic mixed with burning rubber and campfire. I extinguished and tried several different ones and I was so nauseous from the smell it stuck to everything. Get it but order the Satya brand cones too. I'm not even gonna try the coils or stick incense that came with it. The boxes are pretty though to display.

The media could not be loaded.  The waterfall insense is very beautiful and relaxing. The smell is strong enough to go to different rooms. Only burns for about 10 minutes 15 at the most. Its comes with the items shown in the picture. I am pleased my mother bought herself one also after seen mine.

I purchased 2 of these. One is a gift, one to keep. Everything arrived on time and appears fine( I have not used or gave yet) . I was a disappointed both boxes only had brown incents in them and not the variety of colors and scents shown. Everything else was included.

Decent quality, nice appearance, and great room decor for diffusion. One is is the indented burns out extremely fast.
