Works great. After years of rough heals and painful cracks a podiatrist recommended urea. No more cracks. Far less rough patches. I now use 1-2 times weekly to maintain.

I have chronically dry feet that are often peeling or callusing up. I am using this on alternate days along with AmLactin Nourishing body lotion. The combination has literally transformed the appearance of my feet and toes in under a week. My new foot skin routine (I will spare you the photos . . . if you have such a foot condition, you know what "before" and "after" look like!). When I spoke to my Dermatologist about it, they were exceptionally pleased with my choice of product.

Suggestions for how to apply it most effectively. Much of it seems to go away into my shoes or socks, making less to improve my feet.

It works very well on softening calluses and rough spots on the skin, and it especially works on rough feet! The review asks for a star-rating for "creaminess," and I have to give it 3 stars: it is not a "creamy" product because it is NOT a traditional lotion. This accually softens rough skin by breaking it down: it doesn't NEED to be creamy :) It is a pleasure to use: it soaks right in without being sticky or having an unpleasant scent. You will feel the results in just a day or two. We have also found this type of product, in general, loses its effectiveness over time. So if you're not going to use it every day, I'd suggest buying a smaller size.

It works well.

This stuff works really well for my super dry, calluses often cracked feet. Lather it on overnight with socks over my feet, and in the morning, a big difference. I’ll use it for multiple days in a row when needed. And, the smell is not a bother (compared to others). Stick to gel, not creams. Worth it!

But not as great as people made it out to be.. I guess it works differently with different people.
