I cannot go without this! I have been taking for a while for just hot flashes. They were bad, I was having them off and on all day long. It took about a month of taking it ever day but once it got into my system, they completely stopped. Let's just say i don't run out of this stuff!

Please, please, please if you are carrying around two mini fans in your purse like I was, and sweating to the point that's it's negatively impacting your self-esteem, give this product a try. It has truly been answered prayer for me.

Oh yes the price is right and it works very well the best for now until there something to beat this item but im satisfied.

I have a Mirena and have not ever bled on it. I was taking this for about a year, and started bleeding again. I immediately stopped taking it and went back to not bleeding. I took this with Chasteberry/Vitex to help regulate mood swings. I thought it was helping, but now that I'm off of it again I have not had any rebound in mood swings. The product appears to be good quality & and an effective dose. Just be careful if you are on any sort of birth control.

I've been taking Black Cohosh for my menopausal symptoms for several months. It has definitely helped take the edge off my mood swings and took away my hot flashes almost completely. I might have one hot flash a day now. I'm so grateful that this herbal medicine exists. Give it a try. Also you have to wait til it builds up in your system. So if it doesn't do anything wait because it takes about three weeks to work. Make sure you eat something with it.
