40 Foil Mylar Balloon

The balloon comes with a straw which I didn't realize I had thrown away lol..... Also the straw is short so make sure to put the straw so deep it punctures the opening, otherwise your balloon with Not blow up. I'd purchase again.

I purchased these balloons for my wife's 40th birthday (after receiving clear instructions that she wanted to be "surprised" with large, gold, 40 balloons!) and was a little concerned that I didn't have the time to get them to someone to be inflated. I decided to take a chance on just inflating them via the included plastic tube by just blowing into them, to see how they looked. Inflation was very easy; the valves in the balloon take a second to squeeze the tube through before inflating them, however that means that, after the balloons are inflated, the valves naturally seal themselves, immediately becoming air-tight. Within a couple of minutes of starting, I had the balloons inflated and sealed, looking great! I hung them using some thin thread from an archway, and they were almost indistinguishable from Helium balloons.

I ordered these for a friend's 40th birthday. They are HUGE and so FUN! They are thick and good quality. It would be difficult to get a hole in them. By the time I had to pay to get them inflated, it cost me almost $30 total, which was a lot for 2 balloons. It was a milestone birthday however so, I would say it's totally worth it if you want to really CELEBRATE!

I enjoyed that you could inflate this yourself. However I gave it a four star because there was no string or ribbon that came with it to hold these up and there was no instructions how to inflate it. It may seem self-explanatory but I thought I had a defective set I did not realize how deep the straw has to go in

Disappointed. I have purchased so many balloons off Amazon and never had an issue, both balloons had holes and were wrinkled and deflated within minutes. I was concerned when opening the package because honestly they looked like they were previously returned by someone else. I think I was right sadly.

Numbers were great for a 40th birthday party! They take longer to fill than a small latex based on the size, but still cheaper and coming in better variety of colors than my local store where I filled.
