Works great!
Included are three remotes. One attached to main unit, one for the projector Trigger, and one for regular remote use. IR trigger is NOT included which only cost less then $5... I believe it is because some are 3.5 jack but others are USB. Anyway working great so far. I only had one incident where non of the remote worked. Unplugging and plugging back worked. Overall good addition to Elite 2 screen. I just wish they include this kit to main screen for sale in future.

This remote sucks and I thought it came with the expensive screen I bought. I’m not happy
This remote sucks it doesn’t work ater like 10 feet . I don’t understand. I tried to call Eleit screens 5 times o talk to them and never could get through or get a call back. Left messages. Now I missed the return date and I’m very upset . I would like to send this back. It’s not fair that I have to suffer when the company doesn’t have the decency to respond to me . I had an issue with the screen and with this. They didn’t return e mail or phone message. Horrible customer service

Look Elsewhere...
Bought a new Elite Screens Spectrum2 to update my old Elite Spectrum2. I had a 100" screen, and got a new projector that needed a 120" for my setup. The old one was getting pretty wrinkly and curling at the edges too - after only a couple years of light use (1k hours). I bit the bullet on an expensive screen that cost twice what the 100 cost me.After I got the new screen, I figured out it does not come with the remote box. That little guy is $160 MORE. Oh, and if you have a remote box from two years ago - it won't work. They changed the connector so you can't use the older ones for the Spectrum2 screens.Oh, and if you try to call them and get product information - the number in their flyer in the box sends you to some survey company. And if you do find a number to call them (online) , and leave a message asking for product support, they won't answer you.I ponied up and bought the "new" screen controller anyway. It's crude for how expensive it is. The instructions for programming the drop-length on the screen might be better if they were written in hieroglyphs. The video that Elite Screens made to support this is MORE ambiguous than hieroglyphs. It is like they try to make this thing hard to use and set up. I don't know how companies think they can get away with this in this day and age. It ended up taking me nearly an hour to install the new box - even with my trigger wires run, etc. And it still took me nearly 30 minutes to decode how their remotes work from the inane instructions they provide. A LOT of frustration after spending nearly $800 on a screen and a controller - I wish I had just paid up and got a better kit. At least it is set-up now, and seems to be working correctly...Think before you leap on Elite projector screens. There are a lot of nasty surprises ahead for you. I won't ever buy another one...

Screen Automation
With this adaptor kit, I can raise and lower my Elite Screen with remote control precision! Yes, it is another remote, but it saves me from having to get up and control my screen manually. Very happy with this purchase. I have nothing but great things to say about Elite Screens and their add on components. No more will I have to put up with going out to the movies; I am staying in, staying safe, and, most of all, staying happy!

A lot of money for a bunch of cheap parts
Yeah it works but the fact that they've bunched up these parts into one kit doesn't make sense to me. I only needed some of these parts yet I had to get them all. Also they are all pretty cheap electronics and plastic casings. I think they are charging way too much for it and it's probably because there aren't any other options on the market. Also I was never able to sync the screen with the projector for auto roll-up / roll-down, it just didn't work.

Great product not working how I wanted it to
I love being able to use a remote and not have to try to push a button on the cord. But it only works if you point the remote and the front of the box. I have it mounted to the wall so the side of the box faces my chairs and it wont work unless I get up and move to the front of the box.

A bit pricey but works well.
I ordered direct from manufacturer and arrived on time within a week. . Both remotes easily paired with my Elite Spectrum 2 screen. Happy with the purchase!

Don’t count on the programming
As a basic remote kit this is fine. The remotes themselves feel cheaply made, but they work. The control box is huge and feels mostly empty. Not a slick system for the money.Where this system really doesn’t shine is when trying to program a custom drop height. It’s +/- 1” day to day, way more than is acceptable and means I’m tweaking it anyway, making the programming worthless.See attached picture, this is 1” too high the day after having it set up correctly. Resetting it to the correct height left it 1” too low the day after. There’s no winning with this thing.Tech support is essentially nonexistent. They responded once a week after I asked for help, their suggestion didn’t work, and now they haven’t replied to me in two weeks with multiple check-ins from me.
