Needed a shoe horn and this is probably the best one I could have bought. Does the job, doesn't damage my shoes, and will last a long time I reckon.

I have a bad back and bending over to do up shoes etc, is very painful for me. I bought these mainly for the long one, so I barely have to bend over at all.It's a lovely smooth bit of wood so your socks don't catch on it and tug or anything while using it. It's nice and slim, so it doesn't get too tight after you've got your foot into your shoe before you pull this out. It hangs on the coats hooks by my shoes quite nicely until needed and easily fits into a normal sized holdall that I use for clothes if I'm going away anywhere for a couple of nights.Update:I kept forgetting to take a shoe horn with me when visiting my parents for just one or two nights, so have now bought a second set to keep at their house, as they are such good value.

My partner always seems to have the horn, but now this comes with two - both a little one and a big one - so we can both have our own horns. Made of wood, they feel so much better in my hands than those cheap, flimsy plastic ones. What can I say? I love the feel of wood!I'm 5 foot, I prefer using the little horn more often. It's the perfect size for me! My partner, on the other hand, is a towering 6'3", so the larger horn comes in handy for him. No more bending down uncomfortably to slip his feet in! Although, I must admit, I occasionally borrow the big one when I'm in the mood for something a bit more substantial. It's a tad too big for me and a little wider than I'm used to.The little one is also my go-to when traveling. It fits perfectly in my bag. I would definitely recommend these two wood shoe horns to anyone looking for a sturdy, stylish upgrade from flimsy plastic.
