It was perfect for my ocean theme jelly (it’s the lighter one in the image) at my granddaughters birthday party. You can see the difference in colour of the only other alternative I could find. Different flavours
Was not able to find different flavours for dessert trials. Jello filled that need.

Unable to get other blue jelly in UK.
Added extra flavours, like fruit juice etc but do that with cubed jelly as well. Easy to use. Kids loved the blue colour to make frog pond jellies.
