Perspire a lot "down there" esp. in humid Florida weather. My dermatologist recommended this and have been using daily ever since. Gave 4 stars only because it sometimes doesn't last all the way to end of day, but still the best product I've used for keeping dry.

I first bought this for my husband when he had an extended stay in the hospital where he got a rash we'll call "prickly heat" for lack of an official diagnosis. The rash cleared up I just a few hours. I've been using it ever since. I love the clean smell. Some may consider it "medicinal" but I just find it very clean and refreshing. It's very pleasant to use.

Best powder out there. Nothing will stop you sweating, but this definately helps control the sweat and the uncomfortable feeling.
