So, for controlling the WAC fans, these are amazing. It has a power interruption switch so you can kill power to work on the fans, or simply reset the fans. Installation was a breeze with well labeled conductors. This is very easy to sync to the fans and I think better control than finding the wandering bluetooth remotes (and it's controlling 2 fans at the same time).

We love our classy new fan light fixture. It works perfectly, and the settings are just right for all our needs. Thanks for an excellent product. I contacted the company with a question, and they responded right away with helpful installation information.

Replacement. The magnetic holder does hold too well so our original remote would fall and eventually the battery holding clips inside broke making it not work. Supposedly one can connect these fans to a smart home system, but neither our WAC fan or this remote have any instructions on how to do that if we wanted to.

This product came with a missing wall plate. What’s worse is it came completely disassembled. The buttons were all loose within the box. I figured they all came that way and spent way too much time painstakingly putting them on the circuit board. I had to disassemble the thing even more to do so. Then when I went to install, I realized the wall plate wasn’t even in the box, just the center piece with the buttons. I then looked at the reviews and saw that they are supposed to come completely put together. Wtf! This thing costs way too much for there to be such a lack of quality control in packaging. I want my $50 back.

If you own WAC fans with lights...this hardwired option worked 100% for me. I have 6 fans. The handheld remote provided is a pain. The app works about 90% of the time. IF you have a big power outage the fans can lose their configurations. So, hardwired is good reliable solution.

This was a replacement and was easy to pair with the fans!!

Installed just fine like a normal switch. Probably just me but the controls seem funky in that the buttons are small for a normal hand. Other than that works better the hand held that comes with the fan when you buy it.

I was worried about how I’d be able to control my new smart ceiling fan with the single light switch that was already in place, and nervous about how the wiring would work for the fan itself and the fan light, given that there was only one cable in the wall, but this control made that concern irrelevant. The only challenge is taking the face plate off to access the screw holes to install, and that wasn’t significant enough to drop my rating. The install was smooth and easy, and it’s a great way to swap out a basic light switch to allow full operational control of the new smart ceiling fan. I highly recommend this as an add-on for your new ceiling fan - I’ve barely used the remote control at all, because the wall and voice control are perfect, and serve all my needs (which is probably good, because I’ve read reviews saying that the remote doesn’t hold up to drops very well…)
