Taste is ok. It does provide a burst of energy without the caffeine. You can buy it with caffeine but I like without. In the morning I can be a bit tired before my workout and this really helps.

Pretty good product
Doesn’t taste bad at all and it is easy to get down, I was looking for something high in protein that isn’t bulky protein shakes make me feel so bloated, I opted for the one with caffeine because I’m a caffeine junky but apparently there is something else in it because my only complaint is for about 10 minutes after I knock it back my ears feel like they are on fire the sensation eventually subsides but its really weird
