I returned this item due to wrong size but am familiar with these type of mounts from flags I fly on my offroad toy. I got this item for my daily driver truck and it was the wrong size. Looking at the item and test fitting it on the light bar tabs, I could feel the quality of the mount. It was not cheap. It was solid. I needed the next size up. If I find the right size pole, I will be sure to re-order.

When the flag pole is removed, a plastic cap over the threaded mounting stud will help keep threads clean n moisture free
