As self employed gardener I’m used to petrol tools ( bought for second machine)It’s bit heavy smokes a bit but as a very cheap multi tool ( it’s not a Stihl for sure ) but it’s great and able to handle most jobsI recommend you get a good heavy duty wireThe spool can take it as it’s I hitch in system on spoolAnd feed holes are largeThe saw chain does come lose easily but is easy and fast to tighten just keep eye on it !

Great item - I’ve used all the attachments and can’t fault anything. - all seams well built and does the job.Harness fits fine and I’ve used it up a ladder and over long periods with no problems.It’s quite loud but that’s what you expect with a 2 stroke petrol engine.I highly recommend this item - well worth the money 👍🏼👍🏼

This was bought as a replacement for a hedge cutter I had for years. It looked like a versatile replacement giving me a strimmer option as an added bonus.I was totally wrong it has been power since it arrived and I should have returned it but foolishly I didn’t. The first thing you notice is it’s poor build quality but hey it isn’t exactly expensive. So I overlooked that and started using it. I hadn’t used it for more than 20 minutes when it began cutting out. First I thought this was due to the fact that the fuel tank lid was so poorly designed that it was effectively pooring out the fuel tank. However after I refuelled I realised that it was drawing air and not through the filter as designed but instead the whole carburettor was detaching from the body of the machine! So thinking that might just have been an assembly issue I tightened the allen head bolts and again persisted! Amazing I managed the first cut which normally takes 30 minutes in three hours!Brought it out for the second cut and thought right I am not going through that again. So righted they carb that yes was loose again. Filled the fuel and made sure that the poorly designed cap was as tight as it possibly could be (still leaked though) and began the cutting and again bolts slackened and the carb starting drawing air so another 3 hours lost!Started the 3 cut at 11am it is now 1 pm and I gave up with it and only half a hedge cut.This item is so bad that the even the mixing bottle is useless! It leaks too. All in all the single worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon.

good tool bit heavy when using long time,

I purchased the MK11 unit August 2020, I have used the hedge cutter about six times, using it over the weekend the hedge cutter failed - my investigation found the teeth on the main cog unit which drives the cutter had broken.I contacted the supplier today the unit its not under warranty - £30 + for a replacement.Richard the for best customer service.

Tried starting it after a year in the shed, put new fuel and oil in and how to start as instructed and still nothing. Wish now I didn't buy this product- complete waste of money

Bought this for my other half, he loves it, very sturdy & powerful, he says its a beast!!!! LolCame without instructions but seller sent them by email so no big deal
