Not only can it be used at ankle or thigh level for various isometric stretches, but is wide and flexible enough to be used as a neck exercise band for all directions. Best part is the combination of the fabric and flexible fibers built in to give just "exactly" the right amount of "give" (as compared to cheap rubber ones).

This band would work but is a high resistance and very thick so not great for all people and is basically only helpful for glute and thighs. The strap takes work to adjust but seems unlikely to move during a workout unless your really strong. I'm returning to get a set of different resistance bands that will fit for ankles as well

It'd a very interesting piece of equipment especially if your used to the other kind of hip bands. It does everything it says iit does its adjustable or doesn't bunch slide it or a thing

Whatever lvl this band is on when receiving is super tight. It is what I loved about it. Slight adjustment helped me fit in it.

Since I can’t hit the gym anymore I needed a quick home gym alternative. I’ve tried other hip circles and they stretch out over time. This one is adjustable! Love that I can adjust it to work for different work outs and it won’t get stretched out!

For these to be usable, you have to wear them tight so that they do not fall down. Some exercises, you do not want that tight. There is really no elasticity to them- you may as well grab a belt and tighten it around your thighs- it would be the same out of tension and lack of elasticity. Also it is very cumbersome to loosen and tighten the belt. If you're doing a circuit where you want different tensions, you will lose your momentum because you will have to spend AT LEAST 2 minutes changing the size. I don't get why they had to make that part of it so annoying.I appreciate this item and i think the thought was there. Unfortunately is not practical.

Waste my money on this one 🤷‍♀️

If you are looking for an elastic one, this s not a good choice for you.
