Whats the expiration date on this item??

The label doesn't have an expiration date. Underwood has been selling canned meat since before the Civil War, and their products have a long shelf life.

Yes. The corned beef does not need to be cooked but it can be heated in my opinion. I have noticed that it can get dry if cooked too long.
