3rd bag too acidic for our taste - far more so than first 2 bags we tried.
The first two times I purchased this coffee - decaf, whole bean, organic, water processed - GoBena, I quite enjoyed it. Smooth (I use aeropress, medium fine grind) and flavorful. However the last bag I received was highly acidic. My wife, who typically enjoys sour, could not tolerate it. As a result, we have canceled our subscription. We cannot risk receiving another bag of coffee that we find too acidic.

Fantastically delicious, from beautiful human beings.
Not only is it the best coffee I’ve had in over a year (and I’ve Tried many!), but receiving it was very heartwarming. The Gabena team hand signed a card for me thanking me for being their customer. First personal, heartfelt, beautiful communication from a seller I’ve had in almost 3 decades as a customer here.
