All I have to say is, the bad reviews that claim only two options work and not all 3, they all installed it wrong. It’s that simple. I installed it pretty fast and everything works. But I can see how it may be a lil confusing with setting up, so you really have to CAREFULLY follow the directions on the paper and make sure you have the right end going into the other right end. That’s where you might easily mess up and think it’s faulty, but really you installed it wrong. And the instructions are quick 1-8 steps. I even thought the shower head attachment holder wouldn’t work/didn’t fit until I realized I had the shower hose upside down and had to swap it around. So everyone, ignore the negative reviews. Buy it, you’ll love it. Trust me. Side note: This shower head duo is high pressure, but if your unit already produces low pressure it may not be as much of a high pressure square shower head as you may want. But the shower attachment will definitely be high pressure, it’s just the square shower head may not be. That’s my only warning. My shower attachment is really high pressured and I LOVE IT, but the square shower head isn’t so high. If I figure out why and can fix it, I will update my review to help you. :)

I stayed at a hotel in Virginia Beach in June that had a rain fall shower that I absolutely loved. So when I got home I immediately ordered one. It installed fairly easily, although I had to use a heavier Teflon tape than what they provided in the package. The shut-offs for the shower head and the hand held unit work great. Water presser can be adjusted by an independent flow regulator for each. At full flow it will wash you away! I encountered one problem about a week after I installed it. The tape used to hold the hand held unit to the Shower wall is very thin and the holder fell off. I sent the manufacturer an email and asked if they would send me a replacement for the tape and I haven't heard back from them yet. Been waiting about a week. Update: There were no instructions for "how" to mount the holder for the hand held unit. There was a piece of double sided tape the size of the mount which I assumed was to hold the mount. Well, it didn't work. So I tried double sided carpet tape, didn't work. So I tried double sided hanging tape, didn't work. Then I accidentally realized there was plastic over the adhesive on the mount. Removed it and remounted the holder and it worked. Could have saved me a lot of trouble if that info was included in the instructions. Also, it would help if the instructions were printed a little larger.

I recently purchased a shower head, and I am thrilled with the product. It has exceeded my expectations in every aspect, leaving me highly satisfied. Installation was a breeze. The shower head came with clear instructions and all the necessary parts, making the process quick and hassle-free. The design is also sleek and visually appealing, seamlessly blending into my bathroom decor. Despite daily use, it has maintained its excellent performance without any issues. The stand out for me is the large shower head, before I needed a detachable shower however I absolutely love the shower head and the detachable is now just a show piece. An added benefit is using the shower head as a mirror to detangle my hair. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. If you're looking for a shower head that delivers a luxurious and satisfying shower experience, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

We love this shower head. Everything needed to install. The hand wand is secured well with the holder included. The only reason I did not Raye it a 5 star is because the lever to switch from the shower head to the hand wand is located on the top side of the square shower head making it a little awkward. Water pressure is awesome in both the head and hand wand. I purchased a second one for my son's bathroom because we like it so much 👍🏻👍🏻

We have had this shower head for almost a year now and absolutely love it! The quality is great for the price. The water pressure is strong it works great and is easy to instal. It’s super durable and has held up great!

This was the second time I bought this shower head (I left the first one at my old apartment) and I would purchase this over and over and over again. It's sturdy, well-made, and easy to install. I love that you can adjust where you place the removable showerhead (as someone who is short, it's nice to be able to put it lower). The water pressure is AMAZING, and that alone is a selling point for me. 10/10, LOVE this product.

Nice shower head but the holder for hand held sprayer would not stick for anything!! Have it hanging over shower head until can find something to hang on wall.

Works great and very inexpensive. I love it so much I installed 2 in my house, one at my patents, and one at my in-laws.
