Kaiser Springform Pan, Stainless Steel, Black, 26 cm

Nice pan. Cooked cheesecake evenly. Not flimsy. Hard to find any pan not made in china today.

This is a good spring form design and works well for cheesecakes. My only dislike is that it is not as heavy as my original Kaiser. This one is made from lighter material but still bakes good.

Good quality

Arrived dented from the Netherlands in the US (hence only 4 stars). Springform pan was in a thin display carton, shoved into a plastic (!) mailing bag. Luckily the dent is just above the (locking) rim, so it is still usable, but for the price, it is disappointing to get an already damaged item, when simply a sturdy box could have prevented that!...Other than that, it seems a good, sturdy WMF product, made in Germany. I have already used it a couple of times, with satisfactory results. Update: after reading some of the complaints about the inside coating peeling. With repeated usage, I am now concerned, that the dent will facilitate the deterioration of the inside finish of the Springform pan...time will only tell, I sure hope not....I definitely DO HAND wash/dry the pan carefully after each use.

Kaiser are superior pans for the serious cook. If you're useing one of the flimsy springform pans you will be blown away by the quality and function of this pan.

Wife loves it. Works as it should , feels like it is good quality.

Bought this to replace an older one. Same quality and size as one bought many years ago at a cookware store.

Bought for a 24cm cake tin recipe. But it measures 23cm. A small difference, but disappointing. The flared base is just over 24cm diameter but we expected the spring form to be 24cm, as advertised. Clearly I can't say whether the other tins in the range are similarly undersized.
