We cannot get these headphones to work on the PC or Nintendo switch with Minecraft - any ideas for how to get them working would be very much appreciated

Great for a first time purchase but I've had to buy another adapter because the design of the leads means you can only listen to the game but the adapter they supplied is two pins and the controller only has one headphone socket not useful really... USB cable is too short too you have to be sitting right up to the ps4 for the light up on the headphones not really thought out...

Easy to use , grandson loves it

They were good headphones and loud but they just didn’t feel comfortable for long gaming sessions and the mic wasn’t the best in my opinion and the split for the led isn’t very useful on console considering the port is on the controller and the USB ports are on the console

Bought this for our sons birthday present. Very happy young man. He is a typical 11yr old Xbox player. Shouts sings and very very happy to be able to speak to his mates. No issues long cable or just plug into the controller like he prefers.

Thus was bought as a Christmas gift. I'm informed they're great and very comfy when playing

During the lockdown I stared playing multiplayer games a lot more with my mates so I decided to get a gaming headset and I came across these. When they arrived I was very excited, they work very well, very comfy to wear even when I'm wearing glasses. The mic is really good as well and my friends can hear me clearly. The audio is amazing and I can hear sounds in games i never knew excited even after playing them for years.

Bought for my grandson who uses this for gaming on xbox1 sound quality is excellent no throw back voice or echo and volume control is good. Happy with this purchase no complaints from grandson happy boy happy granny. Would recommend this product.
