Q: Will this help bags under eyes?

Hi, southern granny, the jar says that it firms and tightens when applied to a cleansed face and and throat area in an upward and outward motion. So it would have the same effect for the under eye, I'm assuming, that it would have for the rest of the face and neck. Keep in mind that nothing is going to give instant results which will make your bags disappear magically with the first application. However, you should see noticeable results gradually :)

Q: Will this help sagging skin on the sides of mouth?

While there is no miracle cure for the signs of aging, this product does improve lines and sagging. I would suggest this cream, and a good vitamin and supplement routine that includes Collagen 1, 2 and 3 as well as Gelatin and Hyaluronic acid. Not only is this good for the skin, but it helps w/ hair, nails and aching joints/ back.

Q: I cannot read the small print, What do the directions say?

To use: Smooth over cleansed face and throat in an upward and outward direction. That is all that there is as far as how to use. The rest of the writing is listing ingredients ....I have been using it on loose upper arm skin due to weight loss. I do not see any firming or any change in the 'crepe' appearance of my skin.
