You only need these if you have a broken neck and I did. These fit the brace perfectly and were a god send when the older pads got wet in the shower. Great quality and comfortable to use

These fit numerous sizes, thicker and more comfortable than original pads. Medical Suppliers charge $70.00, so this is a great value. I am very pleased with this product, the fit, the comfort, the value. The color does not matter. I fractured[broke] my neck, so I needed replacement pads, since I had the same pads this Miami J Collar came with in the E.R., for over 6 weeks. These pads are the best. If this Miami J Collar is going to have to be worn another 6 weeks, I will be ordering another set. Even after washing the original pads, I dislike the idea of putting them back on.

I used them to replace the ones my dad was given at the hospital and these are a great replacement. They Velcro well, and they are easy to clean.

This is made out of the same material as the pads that come with the Miami J collar.as you can see the padding on right is the original padding for a size xtra small. The padding replacement is to large. It would work fine for medium size or larger.

Don’t have the specific hard collar from this company but I do have a Miami J collar and needed new padding for it. I took a chance as I could not find a replacement for my specific hard collar. It fit perfectly as Miami J collars have a specific cut out and it worked perfectly. Even more is that these new pads are way more comfortable and of much much higher quality then my original pads. I’m likely going to buy again so I can wash one and wear one. Great product. A bit pricy but this is medical equipment....

I ordered XS replacement pads. These are not XS. They’re like twice the size. Now my collar doesn’t fit.

I had to wear this cervical collar for 6+ weeks after fracturing C5 and C6. The hospital sold us the initial collar and blue inserts. They get grubby - you sweat, you eat and sleep with it on (if that's possible). We ordered a second set to rotate them out. Great investment. It's actually better, more supportive and comfortable than the original. I'm free of it now and have donated all of to a local group that helps people who don't have enough $$ after accidents, or with other medical issues.

I will be wearing this almost 24/7 for many months. I sleep in it (i dont shower it it. There are water resistant collars but not in the Miami J style). I find it astonishingly comfortable. I barely know it is on. You need to order spare pads separately. I have had it for a few months and the brace is holding up perfectly well. Spare pads fit fine.
