The Leatherman Carabiner is great. I bought two and my father ended up just taking one because he liked it so much. It makes it very easy for him to take his key set out of the pockets of his work pants. Stands up to abuse and clips all sorts of things to yourself or your kit. The bottle opener works too!

This is a really cool carabiner that's small yet strong enough to attach gear to your pack or use to secure your keys. Classic Leatherman being that is has a bottle opener and a 1/4" hex hole cut into the tool. If your looking for a small yet cool looking carabiner that also can be used as a tool, look no further!!!

The carabiner is solid. The metal is the depth of a key and the whole thing is roughly the length of a key. It does not feel like it adds extra clutter on the key chain and fits very well in my pocket. I bought this product because I just got married and am very active and needed a place to put my wedding ring when I play sports. This little carabiner is perfect for the job, plus adds other functions as well. Great buy.

I bought one of these after trying out several other carbiner-type key fobs. I bought several variations of the Nite-Ize but never really cared for any of them. So, I purchased the Leatherman carbiner. It is smaller than I expected but it has a stronger gate than the Nite-Ize carabiners. It hold my keys well and maintains a good, low-profile place in my pocket or on my belt loop. Having one gate, instead of two (like the Nite-Ize) makes this a safer way to carry keys.

It does exactly what it's supposed to do. It holds my keys perfectly, opens bottles when I need a bottle opener, and looks cool. It's very functional and versatile. The clip is great as well, it never sticks or stays open, and is super easy to open and close.

These unexpectedly came with a leatherman pocket knife that my husband bought as gifts for our groomsmen. He got the pocket knife engraved and decided to give them this carabiner keychain as well as bonus and what was he going to do with 5 of them since they came with every knife. All of our former groomsmen use this carabiner on their keychains and not sure if they have even touched the knife they came with! This purchase I made because my husband didn't get one and thought he might want to have the cool keychain carabiner/bottle opener he gave to the groomsmen, so he is not left out! I suggest forget the knife (~$40) and go with these as a groomsman gift - you can get them engraved if you really want to too! These are also really high quality carabiners - I have used some freebee ones you get at product shows that loose their spring after a year and no longer close. After 2 years these are still on our groomsmen's key rings! Note: only what is pictured is what you get, you will have to buy or find a key ring to use it as a key chain.

I have been using this carabiner for my keys for about 8 months now and it has been exactly what I wanted and expected it to be! It is very easy to clip onto my belt loops. For the first couple of weeks, it seemed to require a bit of effort to get it on and off, but before long I was not even thinking about it. The bottle opener feature is nice to have, but I will admit that it slips a bit easily and doesn't always open beer bottles on the first try. I will not let this affect my review however, because I purchased this item based on the need for a key holder, not a bottle opener. Can't say I have run into a time where the wrench part of it has been needed, but who knows, it may someday and it can't hurt to have! All-in-all, great product! Good: I like the size, feel, and look of the caribineer. The bottle opener works fine too. Bad: This product is basically meant to be a nifty key ring that you can clip to your belt loop, so why did they make it so hard to get clip on and off. The clip's short length and hefty spring make it less than ideal for opening and keeping it open, but it's not too bad and I guess some people would feel like their keys were extra secure. If you're somewhere where you have to wear gloves though it might be a real issue for you. The biggest issue for me is the little hook for the metal clip to rest on means that the carabiner gets stuck on my belt loop every single time I try to get them off.
