In search of the greatest rice, found it. Key to great nutrition, sprout the rice for twenty four hours before cooking. Challenge, find one rice that can undergo the process and not end up with mush in the kettle.Here is the rice! I have tried them all, few stand the rigor. Each grain separate and delicious for an end product. This one hands down, even warms up as leftovers with excellent texture, nuttiness intact. The perfect sprouted rice! Thank all those excellent farmers, job well done!

Bugs in rice
I thought the rice was fine, until I went to make it a second time and discovered it had live bugs in it. I had put it in a sealed plastic container for ease of storage. The bugs must have hatched in the rice. They didn't come from my house. I had to throw it all away. I need to find a new source.

Very filling and tasty
I have pretty much stopped buying white rice since I started eating this rice. It has got a rich nutty flavor. This rice does need more water to cook than regular white rice. I usually put in a couple of cloves and about an inch of cinnamon when cooking it and that really gives it an amazing flavor at the end.
