These Rock!
These mats rock! That is how i describe it! I am a person who HATES to BBQ. I love to eat the food ofcourse, but am the only one who bbq's in my household. A woman, 52, 5 feet tall. Hate when the grease gets all over, hate cleaning up the mess. Hate when foods flare up etc. Well, i bought these on a whim, thinking i didn't have to put foil on the grill anymore. I was so right! Got them this morning and was anxious to try them out! These babies were put on the grill and i put 20 pieces of chicken on, turned them over and in 40 minutes (on low, keep them under 500 degrees) they were nice and done! No grease, no flares, no sticking. Just pure joy! Ahh.. I see more bbq's in my future! I can't thank the sellers enough for this! I even attached a pic! Thank you! Going to pick up some more just in case! I am one happy woman!

A plastic grill mat? 2 thumbs up!
After having many grease fired on my gas grill, I thought maybe a stainless griddle would help grilling burger. At $75 and up too expensive to experiment. I bought these grill mats and after about 4 uses I am very impressed. Boneless chicken breast still get grill marks. But cooking 80/20 burgers the parties grill like on a griddle but all of the grease goes off the sides of the mats and not on the burners starting a fire. They are pretty easy to clean too. They will collect a bit of gunk but it comes right off.

Great product for slow cooking pretty much anything.
I can't say enuf good things about this mat. Though I haven't made eggs and bacon on it as shown in the picture, but I've used it to cook Burgers, Veggies, Halibut and slow cook Ribs.If you are looking at cooking anything with indirect heat, slowly over a longer period, this will get the job done without burning the meat. For the ribs, I cut them in smaller pieces (6" long) and placed them vertically in a rack above the grill mat and set the grill to Medium Low for 2 hours. the lower end of the ribs do cook a little faster, so you need to flip them periodically. After a couple of hours, I transferred them to the top rack of my grill and cooked for another couple of hrs. In the end the meat would fall off the bone. Got a lot of compliments from my guests. As for Halibut (about 2.5" thick filet), I placed the flesh side down on the grill mat (Grill set to medium), for 6-7 minutes. Flipped to skin side for another 3-4 minutes. Transferred to top rack for another 3 minutes. Came out perfectly cooked.Other advantages: - Won't dry your steak or burgers as the moisture doesn't run off easily. - Super easy to clean the mat. Virtually stick free. Just scrub gently and voila. - Don't need to clean the grill as the meat never touches the grates.Highly recommended to convert a cheap Charbroil gas grill into a more practical bbq!

These mats are awesome, especially for summer garden veggies
These mats are awesome, especially for summer garden veggies! We have tried several different combinations of meat and veggies, and also grilled breakfast: fresh shredded hash-browns from our own potatoes, onions, peppers, bacon on the side, and the fried eggs... absolutely delicious, and so convenient. Nothing sticks, and no fat goes down into the fire to cause "flare-ups", the food stays moist and all the spices stay with the food. Love them! I will add a picture of our grilled veggie with steak dinner.

Grilling Pads
I knew this would be crap when I bought it but it was inexpensive so worth the risk. Boy was I wrong! Anyone thinking about purchasing this should go ahead and hit that button. Whoever invented this deserves the Nobel Peace Prize for grilling! I BBQ'd chicken in my Tiki Bar on my Commercial Grill today. No mess, didn't have to clean my grill grates and racks for 30 minutes either. Just let it cool down and washed in sink. Done and clean in under 3 minutes. Youwill not regret this.

“After many years of battling with multiple gas grills at our small waterfront guest lodges as well as our home, I was frustrated with deteriorating grill grates. Cleaning the grills was always disgusting, particularly since "paying customers" tend to use no restraint when using a grill they don't have to clean themselves! No matter how expensive the grill, the grates never lasted, and the messes became harder to clean up as the grates deteriorated. I tried the lightweight aluminum grate covers, which were about $1 apiece when I first used them. They helped, but guests tossed them away with one use (with care they could last for two or three uses), and the grates still got filthy. The price for those more than doubled by this summer, and they became hard to find. In searching on Amazon for THOSE, I found these Grillite BBQ Mats and decided to try them. They are wonderful! I use one 100% of the time at my home grill, and it works just as described. I don't use the dishwasher, but simply wash it in the sink with soapy water - messy but a whole lot better than wrestling with cleaning the grill! For storage I roll it up and insert it into a discarded toilet paper tube. I liked mine so well I bought these for my sisters. Good product and great customer service!”

Great for steaks and burgers
These grill matts are just as advertised, rolled up in box like aluminum foil but much thicker. I used them last week on camping trip to Arkansas. They worked out as advertised. We grilled steaks, burger and potatoes and did a great job. I did use a metal spatula and tore one of them however it was my fault. Even with tear I'll still be able to use it again. Easy to clean just don't fold them, roll back up or leave flat if you can. I have a cast iron lodge griddle which is what I normally use and in 5 days never pulled out my lodge. I will order more especially when tent camping simply because they weigh about as much as a roll of foil. Personally I think they are awesome.
