Is there any difference (sound quality )by connecting to iOS and Android?

This is dependant on what audio codec is supported on the phone but there should not be too much difference, AAC and apt-X are comparable in quality. Your Sennheiser team

Can’t Answer calls with single tap on earbud?

We would suggest Resetting the headphones via Smart Control App. Can you try restarting the headphones by using the USB cable to connect the charging case to a power source. Insert the earbuds into the charging case and, within 60 seconds, touch and hold the right and the left touch control panel for 6 seconds. The earphones are restarted. If you have any further issues please contact our service department https://en-uk.sennheiser.com/service-support-home This should resolve the issue

The left ear bud has completely stopped working. I have requested a replacement, when will you be in stock again?

I had similar issue with these. I have sent them back. Very poor seeing as how much they cost...
