Not as expected.
Unfortunately, this item was not as I expected. There is no instructions on how to use it. The bands offered specific resistance and would not be easy to adjust and thus offered a very limited range of use. Just not very practical for everyday usage.

How Do They Work? Darned If I Know?
Great idea, but . . . No directions. Not intuitive. Maybe others can figure out what to attach where for the ultimate workout on the ultimate portable gym. I couldn't. I purchased an alternative with, gasp, instructions.

Bad product and customer service
The resistant bands aren’t very strong and will snap very easily. Clearly, this product is not built for long term use. Additionally, the company’s customer service is awful. I reached out about getting a copy of the workout guide that is supposedly on their website but they did not provide it because I purchased their product from Amazon.
