Enjoyed
Kate has another murder case, right when Jack Rossi has flown in to spend the weekend with her. And the case is bringing her back in contact with her estranged dad.I am really getting into this series. I thought this installment really explained more why Kate is such a workaholic and seems to be pushing everyone away. I must admit I was a bit annoyed by it in the last 2 books. Kate came across a bit cold and standoffish towards both Rossi and Gem and also a bit rude. But now I understand why and - fortunately - Kate seems to get it also, finally. There were some genuine conversations in this book that tugged at my heartstrings. Really well done.I am not sure there will be more books about Kate, but I really hope so!

In Flollow The Money, Gina LaManna 's fans are taken on a ride, following their noses, or that of the murder victim 's missing parrot.
Tony is known for having ties to the mob in the St Paul -Minneapolis area, as well as having mixed with Detective Kate Rosetti's ex con, ex cop father. The timing can't be worse, as she finally has a 3 day weekend to spend with handsome Fed, or 'Suit' as her family would call Russo the gorgeous Fbi agent intent on pursuing the busy homicide detective. It's a case where she should maybe should have refused herself for more than one reason, her former cop car now legendary and knows the players from his youth on,but won't talk, and she seriously seriously had an entire 3days off free and clear to spend with an incredibly handsome and kind guy who GETS what she does for a living. This is a quick paced, family centric detective store with a smart, capable, yet sweetly fallable female take charge heroime, learning to work on herself self while working on her caseload s. Her very human approach, family and friends as touchstones make her a supremely likeable character, and we'll worth the read!

Fabulous addition to the series.
Kate Rosetti is trying to date Jack Russo, really she is. But The murder in Bellini's walk-in cooler involves her dad, and she just can't turn off cop-mode! Fortunately that's a mode Russo understands and is willing to include in the description of dating Rosetti! You know, dinner and stake-out...Gina La Manna has done it again! Not only is the book stuffed with humor and "Rosetti-cisms", it is full of another great detective story and even family action. I found myself racing through the book to try and put the pieces together before Kate, but that was impossible. I loved the story and sighed in relief when the promise of more books in the series was forthcoming.A wonderful author who can find perfect characters and bend them to her sometimes 'devious' will. Don't miss the book or the series!

Great series
The detective Rosetti series is an exciting mystery series with a big bonus of her personal life. The characters will take you through all the emotions. As for weather your rooting for Russo or Gem they will sometimes make you laugh as you think about the friends and family of Kate Rosetti. I only hope this is not the last of the series.

A “cozy mystery” with just a touch of romance and a perfect dose of humor.
The o my thing I don’t like about Gina’s books is waiting for more. This is the third book in this particular series, and it is great! I love the mystery genera with just the right amount of suspense to make me wonder how it will end, but not enough to leave me feeling creepy. She has the perfect mix of a light romance, mystery and humor for a cosy quick entertaining read. By the third book we’re seeing character development, and really coming to love and root for them. I can’t wait for the next book.

A great book in the series
Another great book in the series. Kate is involved with the mob in this case and that brings her face to face with her estranged dad. Further she trying to get a personal life by attempting to date FBI agent Jack Russo. Already started the next book.

Another fantastic read!
I love this series! You will too if you enjoy a little mob action, a kick butt heroine, and a bit of romance! I can't wait for the next book to see what they'll get up to next. I recommend this book and series, but also that they be read in order.

A great summer read!
Mix lots of humor with a good plot, and you have a winner. This author never misses the mark in creating a wonderful mystery! Follow the money to find the killer, if you can or be surprised at the end. Enjoy the ride!

Looking forward to more
Well written with a great plot. An unpredictable murderer is always a good sign in my opinion. I really like the lead character and hope the next book is out sooner rather than later. Well done Ms LaManna.
