I often carry Aquaphor around and put it on my lips when they are feeling dry. A little bit goes a long way, and one small tube seems to last forever. I have had the same tube in my bag for months and it barely looks like I have used it. It is very occlusive. It locks in moisture and creates a barrier that protects the skin underneath. For my lips especially, nothing else works as quickly or as effectively. When my lips feel cracked or sore, I will put a thin layer on at night and by morning they are so much more hydrated. I have tried a lot of lip balms and ointments that either sit on top and do nothing or soak in too quickly and leave me dry again an hour later. Aquaphor does both. It seals in the moisture but also helps heal at the same time. It is not a fancy product, but it works better than the trendy stuff I have spent way more money on. The texture is thick. It is easy to spread in a thin layer, but it does leave a greasy residue behind on the skin. It does take a long time for it to soak into the skin. It gives a subtle shine to my lips when it is applied. I also use it over dry patches on skin or cuticles. It is one of the best products in the drugstore aisle. It is affordable, multi-purpose, reliable, and effective.

Greatest skin repair product ever! Works on rashes, diaper rash, very dry or cracked skin. I also apply a thin layer to my face at night to have soft, supple skin. Great for any area you may need a moisture barrier to prevent rash or infections. I've purchased this many times. This is the large tube and the price is awesome! Stores around here sell the 2 oz tube for $6 so this is a great deal!

Ahhh Aquaphor. You, beautiful drugstore staple, you. This product has saved me through eczema, chapped lips, angular cheilitis (those little tears at the corners of your mouth), dry skin, and more. I slather this stuff on anything that hurts and while, yes, it's sticky, it gets the job done. A tiny tiny bit goes a long way, so I'm sure this tube will follow me to the grave, but the value is impossible to turn down.

I use this on my lips every day. This works better than any lip product that i have ever tried. I no longer ever have chapped lips!!!

I love thi stuff. You can use it on chapped or rashy skin or dry and flaky skin. It is great on dry feet or hands to rub in a thin coat good and let it soak into the skin. If you have some sleeping or moisturizing socks for your feet, you can coat them down good with this and pull socks over them and have good skin in the am if it is not cracked too bad. If feed are cracked too bad it could take 2 or 3 nites of that. You can do a thin coat on a child's face that is red, chapped from cold weather. I use on lips every night at bedtime as well. A thin coat is great on on clean face that is dry, chapped or irritated skin. I have used it on little cuts to help heal them or paper cuts. You could use on baby's bottom for irritated or rashy skin.

Love Aquaphor! I put it on my healing tattoos! I also use it when my skin is really dry and cracking from the cold. It’s pretty inexpensive so that’s nice. I like that it doesn’t hurt when you put it on tattoos, a lot of lotion will burn but Aquaphor doesn’t. It also heals them a lot faster than putting nothing on them! It’s the only lotion I know of that creates that extra barrier that lasts for hours! Would 5/5 recommend it!

Good product but a bit difficult to get out of the tube. . . should be a slightly LESS robust plastic for the container
