Has only Type I & Type III Collagen 💔
So I just got the package today, took my first two gummies and it taste great, and consistency is perfect. No weird after taste. But disappointed because it only carries two types of the common collagen, Type I & Type III... which is for tissue health and skin health, I guess that's cool, but if I knew this before. I'd probably get one that had all 4 types... I hope this helps! P.s. the photo is from healthline.com Update, after 3 weeks that I've been taking this.. my skin is generally really good, no acne, no breakouts, but I have noticed my having small acne spots on my face since I've taken this and I think it's due to the collagen included in this supplement. I am stopping taking this all together and get a multivitamin that has no collagen.
