I rely on my protein shots to help satisfy the requirement for my daily protein intake. I am a post operative patient of bariatic surgery. This is an excellent product to consume straight from the bottle or mixing with other drinks to increase the amount of protein received. It is much easier to use than the thick liquid protein supplements or even the powders which are added to foods. The protein is pre digested which is a great added benefit as it is absorbed very quickly. I carry these bottles on my trips all over the world. People who want an easy diet supplement this is for you.

I heard someone liken the taste to a liquid "fruit rollup" which isn't too far off. It doesn't taste great but definitely not too bad. I bought these to help me reach my target of 100 grams of protein each day after bariatric surgery - especially on days that I work out at the gym. I would recommend them for sure.

It tastes like bad breath but, its 2-3 swallows with a huge protein load. If low cal protein is the goal, this product is the best payload for a prepared product cal to protein ratio.

The liquid spilled around the threaded neck during packaging. This indicates poor quality control at the plant. No matter how good the product is, if spoiled amounts are on the part you are supposed to drink from, it's no good.

Good protein supplement. Tastes good and provides digestible protein for quick energy, with no preparation, and no added chemicals (i.e. phosphoric acid, aspartame etc) that have deleterious effects on my body. I recommend this supplement.

The deal is, they taste awful! But they work! I lost 30lbs by drinking two a day an hour or more before lunch and dinner! It's a shot! Choke it down!

Product was correctly presented in the description and the flavor is good. Would love to get it on subscribe and save. This is good for dialysis patients who always need to improve their protein yet limit fluids. We are telling everyone we know about it. However beware, this same company makes a cheaper version that has artificial color and sweetener. Thank you for an all natural delicious product!

This company changed formulas and dropped the old smooth Berry flavor. (That was my favorite protein shot). The new flavors have a granular/grainy consistency. I tried this new Banana flavor but did not care for the taste or the grainy consistency. Will move on to another brand.
