I read the details before purchase that it is a small microwave, I was not prepared for how short the inside is however. It will fit a coffee mug or a cup of soup, but nothing taller. I cannot use my rice cooker in it. A regular dinner plate just fits inside, but I cannot use any microwave cookware. It is difficult to read the buttons as they are black on a black background, the defrost button is hard to figure out and the beep is very faint. But with all that being said, I find it to be a good little microwave for someone who does not do much actual microwave cooking and only needs to reheat or microwave snacks, etc., but it requires twice as much time to cook in it as it is low power. So far it is performing very well. And for the price I am happy with it as I have gotten used to the quirks now. I do wish the buttons were easier to see though.

Perfect for small space, problem is, if you heat something for two minutes or longer the steam builds up horrendously...... warm a roll, great..... heat soup, be careful......perhaps one minute at a time....open door between settings.....let steam escape.

It's working well. I can't complain anything. It's exactly the same size of my older one. Two people are at home. We don't need bigger one. Old style but work well for us. Easy to use, perfect light and very little noise.

The microwave send 1 day early then promise,BUT not notify.Glad I saw when Amazon truck coming, by surveilience camera, then I got out to get it.I was worry he left it out side the gate and perhaps somebody steal it!BUT otherwise the micro look ok.

This is not good it cannot hold a not even a breakfast plate i am returning it back and take back my money i have never seen any micowave that small
