I am really tiny and the XS was perfect for me; I walked my dog twice with the brace on and it did not slide during the walks and my knee felt supported. I will need it for my long shifts so I am not really sure how the comfort level will be but for now it has met expectations. It is not bulky and can easily be worn under scrubs. For the amount I paid I would say the price was worth it. If you have major knee issues you should probably get a medical grade product.

I was in a bad car accident a few years ago. Sustained a traumatic brain injury and tore the meniscus in both knees. Due to the brain injury, I was falling down everyday. It was impossible for me to move my knees to get myself back up. I bought a different set of knee brace but those were no help at all. I bought the NEENCA brace for both knees and my life changed. Of course, my meniscus were still torn, but these braces made it possible for me to get myself up off the floor. They have patella support and bendable supports on both sides of the knee that helped prevent my knees from twisting, tearing the meniscus again. While wearing the braces, I could move and sit without unbearable pain. They worked better than any brace I’ve ever tried. The compression was perfect and helped heal my knees. These are truly well-made. I was surprised how well they stayed where I put them on my legs without constantly slipping down. Being heavier, I was pleased they fit my larger legs without being uncomfortable. I also love how they look and the color choices. They look very cool and I wasn’t embarrassed wearing them in public. These are an incredible, quality product that didn’t cost me a fortune. I recommend these to everyone that suffers torn meniscus and/or arthritis.

Only giving this 4 stars due to only having it for less than 24 hours. I injured my knee in high school sports almost ten years ago. I occasionally have small flare ups where my knee swells a little and is tender but then calms down within a few days. This week, we got a puppy— very exciting— but our physical activity has suddenly increased now that we’re walking miles and miles every day. My knee started feeling a little sore a few days ago and then yesterday, it swelled up about the size of a small melon (I added a picture to show how swollen it is but the brace is stretchy enough to comfortably accommodate). It’s very painful and I can hardly walk on it. I put this sleeve on today and it’s still painful to walk on, but my knee feels much more stable. I know in a few days, the swelling will go down but while I’m not able to rest my knee as much as I should (given we have an energetic puppy), this knee brace is really taking a lot of stress off of my knee. I would say so far, this knee brace is a 10/10 on comfort, 10/10 fit per the chart (I did measure and got an L), 7/10 on support, 3/10 pain relief. Will update this in a few days or longer!

I had a knee surgery two years ago. At first everything was ok, but then the situation started to deteriorate, and I had to look for things that will support my knees. I used more than 3 Bauerfeind knee pads. The product is good, but as you can see, it is expensive. I later found NEENCA on Amazon. This is a pretty good idea. I tried their 051 series and 053 series of knee pads.(In fact there is no difference between the two） The conclusion is that Bauerfeind is a very good product, but overall, NEENCA has won. Bauerfeind: The most impressive thing is the excellent breathability, as well as a good brand image. Silicone pads are larger and thicker. The Bauerfeind seems to be more shaped while the NEENCA is heavier piece of long rectangular plastic. That said, there is no noticeable difference between the two while wearing and running. NEENCA: The NEENCA is slightly longer than the Bauerfeind (see pictures) which gives me the sense of better support and compression over a larger area. Patella gel pads surrounds the kneecap, double-sided metal spring stabilizers fit tightly with your knee joint. These special functional element strengthen side support and maintains joint stability. It effectively disperses pressure, keeping your knee warm, lubricating your joints. Conclusion-Given the huge price differential and that you can buy several NEENCA sleeves for the cost of one Bauerfeind sleeve coupled with negligible performance differences I recommend the NEENCA.（I hope my review can help you :)

Pros: When i first used the brace it felt amazing! The support in keeping my kneecap in place, the sturdiness (initially) of the plastic supports inside the brace, and the fact it didn't move out of place that much after completing 10 hours of deliveries hopping in and out of my van. Cons: The longevity is not good enough for the type of work I do. Eventually, I had to start pulling the brace up to get it back in place because it kept slipping down. It gets used to the size of your thigh so it won't hug as tightly as it initially did. The final straw for me was when one of the plastic supports snapped last week while I was in the middle of my delivery route. The broken parts kept jabbing me in my leg so I eventually took it off and finished working without it. Haven't worn it since. This brace is not for everyday use. The longevity (or lack thereof) is not worth it. Unfortunately, I'm just outside of my return window so now I'm just stuck with a busted brace.

Easy to wear all day long. Love the gel knee pad.

The brace is pretty heavy duty and well made. The color selection is very good and is quite flashy. I like the side supports that add stability. It was easy to get the right size.

Athele genou au top Mr est plus que satisfait très bon maintien du genou avec arnature, très confortable à porter. Je recommande vivement pour tout les bons vivant que ne supporte pas de resté à rien faire.

J'ai arreter de mettre cette genouillère car mon genou continue de gonfler due a la chaleur . Au contraire , le genou doit recevoir du froid souvent ( glacons etc ) et les pads en gel ne fond vraiment pas l'effet de froid . Utile pour se déplacer car on sent moins la douleur , mais apres le soir vous avez tres mal (inflammation) !
