Bust of Emperor Trajan Trajan (Marcus Ulpius Traianus) was born AD 53 in Italica, Spain, he died AD 117 in Selinus, Cilicia and reigned from AD 98 to AD 117. The original details make this piece to an extraordinary portrait of the Roman Emperor Traian (Trajan). The bust is made of hardened marble dust and is delivered on a polished black granite base.
