The book I got was brand new! I’m so happy because I was able to use the code!!

This was used for school and did its job.

Opening the package prior to class tonight I found the access code for the online portion of the book resources has been removed! This is completely UNACCEPTABLE! This is literally the portion of the resources utilized in class for assessment. I have never had an issue like this with a NEW book. Sad to see this was sold to me under false pretense and will now cost me even more money to use. Disappointed.

The book pages are all intact, however, I ordered a new book and paid over 100 for it and when I received it, the binding was already torn away. Frustrating spending so much money on a book that is already falling apart.

Condition stated very good but clearly it was not.

The media could not be loaded. The whole binding was off of the book. Really bad deal,not worth the money.

It arrived when it said it would, and did all the things books do. I would definitely recommend going to your first lecture before buying the book, maybe ask the cohort ahead of you if they used it.. I didn't open it even once lol there was an access code inside I used and looked at the book maybe twice online.The book itself is fine! But make sure your prof is actually going to use it before you go wasting money on it!
