UPDATED REVIEW. The seller contacted me and showed me how to set this correctly. I am very satisfied at the way they handled my issue. It was just the way I had the setting..... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Very Heavy Duty Industrial Machine but it is not what I needed. I have owned several dehumidifiers over the years however I have never owned one that did not turn on and off as needed. It runs constantly and is loud. I was expecting a quieter one and one that would not run 24/7. I have tried every setting possible and I wish I could send it back but it is too late.

I purchased this dehumidifier almost a year ago and I‘ve been very satisfied with the its quality and performance. The pump stopped working so I emailed the seller and Alex replied promptly and offered to pick up the unit, fix or replace it and also deliver it. I called him and asked if I can drop it off at their facility and although it was a Sunday, he told me to go ahead. I got there at the agreed time and he right away checked the unit and verified that the pump was faulty and to my surprise he said instead of waiting for him to replace the pump, I can just take a brand new unit. Alex was so accommodating and I can honestly say that this was the best customer service I’ve ever received in my entire professional life.

We had a water leak in our house and ordered this to help with the cleanup. Product is HEAVY, but that is to be expected with a piece of equipment like this, but if you are looking for light, this is not it. Was easy to put together, once together was very easy to move around and place where we needed it to be. Noise level was minimal, not louder than other products of this type. Very easy to use and to set the humidity levels on what you wanted. This product was perfect to help with the cleanup from a water leak. Drain house was easily accessible and able to place where I needed it to be. Very durable and have used again since the original use without issue. We had planned on using these multiple times which made the purchase for us an easy one. However, would not purchase for a one time use.

Ok, I have a commercial facility that I need to keep dehumidified. I bought these because they were more affordable than the equipments I really wanted which was 2-3x the price. These machines started having some issues at 6 months . Granted I am not great with figuring out upkeep. The instructions say the filters can be cleaned - but the filters are designed in a way that you can’t exactly take them out and the patterns are so rough that I’m not sure how you can clean them on the machine without like a pressure washer. One of the machines the pump went out - customer service has been in contact with me and is helping me fix the issue … not totally resolved yet but I’m grateful they are helping with the problem. I originally put 1 star- trying to edit it to 4… somehow it’s not letting me now

Works well

It does what it supposed to do. Kicks on and turns off by itself also the pump drains the reservoir automatically. Set it and forget it.

I had to send back the dehumidifier and 2 months later I still don’t have it back.. it stopped working after 9 months..
