Scent off, not the same

The scent on the last batch of these I ordered smells way off. Not the same scent as previously, smells more like artificial chemical than the fresh lemon tea tree it used to smell like. Disappointed.

Poorly packed and leaking

When I opened the box, the lids on half of the bottles weren’t screwed on all the way and soap and leaked all over. Half of the bottles are missing half of their soap.
