This mattress came in a super easy to assemble package. I was afraid I’d need help with it because of my back, but it was so simple I was very surprised. In the box you screw four legs, fold over (twice), screw in the rest of the legs, attach the motion sensors, power brick, then fold back over, insert the mattress bars and it’s done.It looks good, moves smoothly, and works great. I love the under bed LEDs and four (two per side) USBs. The zero gravity felt right, I didn’t feel any pressure points (I’m 6’1”). The system glides nicely.The “massager” reminds me of those old seedy motel coin operated vibrating beds (I’ve only seen these in movies). I really didn’t buy it for that feature anyway.The foot doesn’t rise very high, I tested a model at the Ashley store and those went sky high so I’m not sure if that was a demo thing.The remote is good. It paired immediately and is very responsive. It is on the clunkier side though, but at least it makes it harder to misplace. The Home button would be better if it was one touch, as it is you have to hold it to return to flat. I programmed one of the two memory buttons to the flat position since I don’t need two different sleeping positions.

Just got it today. The wife and I took a nap in it and this thing put us out in 5 minutes. She also usually sleeps using a special breathing machine but with the way we were able to get it into a sleeping position right for her she slept like a baby with out the machine I mean she didn’t stop breathing nor did she snore. Wish I would have bought this for her years ago. When you turn on the massagers look out cause it’s off to dream land. You will not be disappointed at all. It also has a night light on the bottom that comes on when you get out of bed. The only thing is that this thing is heavy I know it says 170lbs but it is a dead weight of 170lbs so get it delivered in the room you are putting it together in cause my 20 year old son and I caught heck getting it up in the bedroom with the 13 steps we had to take it up in our town home.

So, as the title says this is more of a service review than a product review. If you look at Amazon's options for bulky item delivery you see "Room of Choice" or "Setup", but those options were not available to me when I checked out. It said "entryway", and it required someone to home at the time. Ashley or Amazon contracted with "XPO Logistics", which required us to be home on a Saturday, so we postponed weekend plans to wait for this. When Saturday morning arrives we got an automated message that the delivery will be on Tuesday, again requiring someone to be home. My wife gets a phone call Tuesday morning saying they will be there in 30 minutes, then 11 minutes later she sees the truck driving away. She goes outside and sees the bed frame on the front porch. Did not ring the doorbell, nothing! There were very high winds that day and thunderstorms that night, so if we had not been able to move it inside it would have been ruined. When we looked at the tracking, we could see lies by XPO - "customer requests delay of delivery" twice. Also the XPO rep said we signed for the delivery. No we didn't.We got it inside and struggled to get it up stairs. Read the instructions carefully for setup because it really does require two people.Finally set up it is very nice. Massage a little loud.So yes I am deducting points because of the delivery service. Amazon or Ashley sub-contracts these bozos so they are responsible.Oh, and it is made in Vietnam, not China

Purchased for son starting hemodialysis after going to treatment centers for dialysis. Simple to put together. Extremely smooth movement. Motors are very quiet. UBS ports ensure phone charged in case there is any emergency where assistance is needed. A real life saver! The massage feature assists with his pain and sleeping quality. The neck adjustment feature is especially helpful for him in doing the overnight treatment by himself at home. Ability to make changes on the dialysis system, have a snack and ease of movement in general while doing approximately 6-8 hours a night on the machine.UPDATE: Ordered a second one for our home since he is now doing hemodialysis for 12 hour treatments. Now he can be comfortable doing this at either place! Also putting our minds at ease knowing that should he need help with any issues in the future he can be assured a comfortable place to rest when he can.

Frame was super easy to get set up, literally it was only screw on the legs, flip it over, screw in the last 2 legs, remove the box, slap the mattress on and plug it in! I'm extremely happy with my purchase and am currently enjoying the massage feature as I type this review. I've wanted an adjustable frame for several years now and having a California king size bed made that wish financially out of reach, however after finding this option for less than $1000 I couldn't pass it up. I consider this an investment in myself seeing that I'm about to be bed-bound for several months with an upcoming surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of product purchased as well as the reasonable cost and easy set up. I would most definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for this type of product.
