Quality product
Freud has rep for quality items--so expectations were high. I was not disappointed. Router bit set works as advertised, with excellent clean cuts and fit. The instructions are REALLY WELL DONE, with clear step by step directives accompanied by clear diagrams. Pricey, but worth it!

High Quality Bits
This is a quality set. The rail and stiles bits cut clean and are long lasting. The panel raising bit cuts clean in all grain direction. I just finished 25 hard maple raised panel doors with this set and was happy with the results. Worth the price. The instructions have the proper settings for speed; follow the instructions.

Quality beats quantity any day.
Amazing router bits. I will never get cheap bits again. You definitely get what you pay for when it comes to router bits. I went through 2 other sets of the cheap bits here on Amazon and both burned the wood. Then I broke down and spent the money on these and omg they went through the wood like butter without any burn marks. Quality beats quantity any day. From now on I will only get the best and not have to worry about if they will get the job done or not.

Very happy
I purchased these bits to replace my aging and chipped stile and rail bits. I took a little time to watch the included DVD and look through the instructions as well. Even though I have made dozens of doors, I still picked up a couple useful tricks. I have used these bits on 14 doors and I'm thrilled with the quality. Nice work Freud.

They did a great job the first time I used them
They did a great job the first time I used them. They did a nice job on two door panels, using pine. Bob Coble

Freud lives up to their reputation
These router bits worked just as you would expect. They are very easy to setup and cut very clean with little to no tear outs on the stile and rail bits. The raised panel bit requires you to obviously lower your routers RPM and you must make the recommended 3 passes to get a nice clean panel. This was the first set of raised panel bits that I've used and with a little patience and time to setup your router correctly it made beautiful doors. The router used was Bosch 1617EVSPK 2.25HP and it was fine for this application, which is the lowest rated HP for a router with these bits. I'm a true believer that you get what you pay for and these bits lived up to my expectations.

Quality product
After using a cheaper bit and wondering if I was even going to live through the routing I bought the freud. They are absolutely the best. No kick back. Make a nice clean cut and very balanced bit. The router doesn't shake at all. Very well made.

This is a great set of versatile panel bits, because you can use various thickness woods. I had made raised panel doors by table saw, and had to sand forever. No need with these bits. I have the big Milwaukee 5625 router I set up with my linear actuator ( diy router lift) and swing the panel bit at the 12000 setting...... it did an awesome job! The cope and stick bits took a little time, trial and error with scrap pieces, to set up. They all do.... but the big difference for me in these bits, is that once I got them aligned, they were deadly, deadly accurate. You have so much going on in raised panel doors with spacing that you really appreciate that accuracy. Not always so with cheaper bits- and you don't need it for simple profiles, but you cannot live without it in cabinet doors. I buy mostly Freud and Lee Valley bits in that order. My first choice is Freud, and if they don't make it I go to Lee Valley, which is a close second. In my opinion, Freud is the best at machining their bits. I have tried a few cheaper ones, and have always ended up disappointed, so I have come to the conclusion to spend the extra money. I also hear Rockler, Infinity and a few others are very good. I was satisfied with Freud, and stayed. Hope this helps someone. and walk away happier.

Fooled for 8 hours trying to make a simple joint work. Never did get it too . I have used/adjusted a Yonico set which I ended up using again. They produced better results. To be fair, I purchased from amazon warehouse so I really believe someone used a part/parts out of this kit and put their own mismatched parts in and shipped back. Amazon is great at refunds but it was purchased for Xmas and I just tried them. My loss.

Rail and Style bits do not match! Panel cutter does not have a ball bearing - Very poor quality for a high price Freud Industrial router bit set. I purchased this to create my kitchen cupboards. I just spent 4 hours messing around with these cutters and I still can not get a matching rail and style profile. I have a gap of .013" between the rail and style because the profile is not matching. I have a 15 year old Kempston set that has worked perfect from day one. It is just getting a bit dull.
