Great product to work on pitching. We were so excited to receive this. It has helped my son so much.

I purchased this baseball to be able to help my 9 year old son learn that there is a certain way to throw different kinds of pitches. This baseball shows him exactly where to place his fingers as a guide to be able to throw those different pitches. I am helping him on his mechanics and arm motion and hopefully soon he will be throwing that speed ball by the players on the opposing team. I am very happy with the purchase of this SKLZ Pitch Training baseball.

The baseball came as pictured. My son in law used it for pitching and loved it. But the finger placement arrows were a little confusing. It’s pretty durable my son in law is hard on baseballs and it lasted through 2 seasons so far. It’s good value for its money.

I ordered this because I was told the previous order was not available. Since I received previous order I returned these. These was nothing wrong with these.

8 and 12 year old Grandson loved this!

I have mixed reviews on this product. Yes, it did teach my son where to place his fingers when throwing certain pictures. But did I really need to spend the money on the baseball for him to learn that lesson? Baseball lessons are very expensive and I could have saved my money. At the same time, now that my son is really taking pitching seriously, I might revisit this product.

Great balls

I purchased 3 of these, x2 for a birthday present with a throwing screen, and x1 for my son. The finger placement is either for right or left handed throwing depending on if your fingers are on the solid side of the colors, or, the outlines color area. It is the standard size of a base ball and the typical hardness. There are no directions that come with the ball. I had to do some googling.
