Can these be used in an enclosed light fixture?

they are low wattage so I would see no reason why the couldn't work in an enclosed fixture if the fixture was design for a 100 W bulb- the 19W LED bulb should cause no issues

does it support e27 screw base ?

You will be able to physically fit an E26 bulb into an E27 socket, and vice versa. However, just because a bulb fits and operates, does not necessarily mean that your lamp installation meets the electrical safety standards that the lamp and lampholders were designed for. In fact, a mismatched installation can lead to an increased risk for short circuits and electrical fires. In general, bulbs with an E27 designation are safe to use in E26 lampholders, but E26 bulbs may pose an electrical safety hazard when used in E27 lampholders and 240V AC. In short, I would NOT use it.

Is this controllable by alexa via a tp-link plug

I would think as long as Alexa controls something they would work. They’re just bulbs. If the plug works then they will. Mine are in a ceiling fan that is controlled by a Lutron light switch that Alexa operates.
