Seller reached out, issues have been resolved
As noted in the product description, the bundle comes with a Logitech mouse and keyboard, and a SANDISK USB stick. We’ve been unable to pair the USB with the keyboard and mouse; we’ve also been unable to reach Amazon, or SANDISK, or Logitech for any kind of technical support. Until we are able to get a some kind of assistance, we basically have 2 monitors, a cleaning kit, and 3 overpriced paperweights of varying sizes.Since posting this review, the seller reached out to us. The components have been replaced and the issue has been resolved. I am raising my review to 4 stars

Easy set up perfect for working from home
Great set up, really happy with the purchase. It took me about 10 minutes to get everything set up and I have zero IT skills.

Working from home was not working out well on my little laptop. This setup was exactly what I needed to work efficiently during the lockdown. Everything works perfectly and is in brand new condition.

Great bundle and price.
This is a breat bundle for this wanting a home office setup. Please note this is NOT a computer system. This does require a laptop/desktop.I will caution you that everything comes in a thin cardboard box. The box may come tattered. My purchased was stated to be delivered on Wednesday but arrived the day before. Overall, its a great bundle for someone who doesn't always know what to get or need to connect into using dual screens.

I cant even get this computer started!
The bundle comes with a keyboard and mouse that do not work or correspond with anything. I got this computer due to my work from home situation and so far IS NOT WORKING AT ALL! Never this happen before in any electronics I ever purchase. The screen is still on choosing language and because keyboard and mouse do not work, I cant get further than just turning on and off the monitors. This is ridiculous!I will need either a replacement or refund for this useless bundle!

BUYER BEWARE - Used items
I purchased this to set up my home office and recieved it today. After setting everything up the docking station would not power up. Did all the trouble shooting suggestions from Dells website with no success. Finally called Dell support and after an hour of being on hold I finally got a representative. Turns out I was sent a USED docking station as it was already registered to someone in Columbia... I live in the USA. Packing it up and sending it back as we speak! So disappointed!!!

Disappointing results for MacBook users
Like many other people during this global pandemic, I have transitioned from working in the office to working at home. I needed a solid setup to help me be productive at home, and I thought this bundle was going to be “it.” If you are a Windows/PC/Dell user, I presume that this will be the bundle for you. For MacBook users, however, there are many technical obstacles in the way that will inhibit you from getting this to work properly. I do not believe that this docking station works with MacBooks. While I can plug in my MacBook and see an extended display on the external monitors, the two monitors are incapable of working separately. This translates into having one display on my MacBook and mirrored displays on both monitors. This defeats the purpose of having two monitors if you’re a Mac user. I believe that the solution is to replace the USB-C module in the docking station with a TB (Thunderbolt) module and to then have one monitor connect to the docking station with a USB-C to DP (Display Port) cable/adaptor into this new module. I am hopeful that the seller will reach out to me/assist me with getting this working.

great package!
Working from home prompted this purchase. I had two monitors at the office, and found that it was impossible to work on my laptop. The docking station is great! Each monitor comes with an HDMI-HDMI cord to connect to the docking station. The docking station charges my laptop and projects my screens. The screen sizes are great for my desk size (I didn't need larger monitors). The keyboard and mouse are great! The keyboard is kind of large, but nice! Haven't used the cord organizers, power strip or cleaning materials.
