Tastes great! No yucky aftertaste!
This stuff is great! We use it to sweeten coffee and also in some keto recipes. It mixes in well, since it's already a syrup/ suspension, and it sweetens pretty well without a weird aftertaste. Wish this company would make a chocolate version too!

Pretty weak
If you're looking for a sweetener packing the punch of liquid Stevia or Monkfruit, this won't fit the bill. I'm detecting sweetness perhaps 1/3 the level of table sugar. If you're just looking to lower amounts of sugar in a recipe, this could work, but even then I'd recommend granulated allulose. The amount of this product required to sweeten a cup of coffee in equal measure to sucrose is rather excessive. That aside, it has a nice, subtle sweetness similar to sugar with no aftertaste. Twice as strong, it'd be great!

Great asset to the Keto kitchen
A wonderful addition to the keto diet baked goods. Gives a beautiful brown finish, especially to breads that don’t usually brown well without the aulos.

Inferior product
Safety seal on cap was loose so some of the product actually leaked in the box. Also, this product wasn't as sweet as other liquid allulose products that I've used
