I absolutely love my Blue Sakura tea set. Arrived exactly on the expected delivery date. There are no chips or any damages. I haven't used it yet as I'm still thinking of a safe place to put it, but will be using it for tea like it's intended. I love everything Japanese, so when I saw this cute little tea set I just had to have it. I'd give this a lot more than 5 stars, but 5 stars is the limit. Came very well packaged in bubblewrap. It looks like both the seller and the shippment were very careful when packaging and shipping. Overall, I'm very thrilled and happy, and will be using this tea set for many happy years to come.

I love the teapot, but it did arrive with the handle-loops broken. I didn't want to wait for a replacement, so I fixed it myself. A little bit of clear Gorilla Super Glue (note: NOT just normal Gorilla glue!) did the trick; I let the glue cure for 24 hours and the repaired loops hold up just fine when using the handle, even when the teapot is quite full.Aside from that the teapot itself is lovely; it keeps my tea nice and hot so I can have multiple cups. It is visually beautiful and a piece I will treasure for many years. :)

Love this set, beautiful color. The handle on the pot came broken though. Had to super glue it back together. Amazon needs to make this a fragile package as it didn’t state that any where on the box which is probably why it came broken due to being thrown around during shipment. Still useable, the cups were in tack. A little disappointed, but can’t wait to use it!

I like the beautiful details of product. Also, the package is perfect as a gift. However, I had to return my order because it came broken. That did not discourage me from getting another, which I’m still waiting for. Overall, I know I will not be disappointed. Beautiful item.

It is a very beautiful set my my first Order it came in broken, I returned it again and ask for a different set , that came in it was broken as well. Luckly even though it not that lucky, only one tea cup was broken

This tea set is so beautiful. I bought for me & my mom for Mother’s Day. Just love it so much. I use everyday now. Feel my tea stays hotter now too instead of just being in an open cup.

Leider kam das Set schon mit 1 kaputten Schale an. Dennoch wollte ich es behalten, weil es optisch total schön ist.Leider saut die Kanne beim einschenken sehr, ohne Teetablett wäre ich echt aufgeschmissen. Für den Preis okay, aber auch nicht mehr Wert.
