Great book for Instructional Designers and Teachers
Had to buy this book for a class in the Instructional Design program. I have to say, compared to some of the books out there, this book is very helpful. I cherished the practical examples of instructional strategies that were included, they really helped with homework by clarifying some concepts. Will definitely keep this as a desk reference.

Very well structured book - great resource for ID
I enrolled in a Masters-level university class that I found very frustrating because I lacked some knowledge about teaching (my undergrad is in Business Administration). There were excerpts of many resources that had been offered, chapter 7 of this book was among them. I liked the way the book was structured and how well instructional design strategy was explained. So I decided to purchase the book and have found it be an excellent resource to not only complete some of the holes in my former training but also it provided an approach I could use when I am creating new programs.

I like that I can highlight and add my own notes ...
I'm really enjoying using my tablet for studying. I do still prefer a paper book but, this is less expensive and doesn't take up shelf space. I like that I can highlight and add my own notes as well. The fact that it was less than half of the price of the hardcopy textbook makes it even better!
