Perfect Replacements
Exactly what we needed to replace the current lug nuts! They are much better than the ones provided with the car because they don't have the casing over the outside that can expand and then make it impossible to take off. They have been made well and will hold up nicely.

Perfect fit, great price -- glad I found out about replacing these lug nuts before I had to.
There are a lot of these types of lug nuts. I was looking for a solid construction lug nut to replace the cheap Ford two piece lug nuts. My tire guy showed me how the OEM nuts were failing. When I went to replace them with this solid versions, one of the OEM nuts required a hammer and drill to remove. Had that been the side of the road, I'd been stuck. These lug nuts are less expensive and you can tell they are better made than the OEM lugs.

They did the job
The lug nuts were replaced because the originals were damaged while being removed from swelling. The new lug nuts from DPAccessories are a bit smaller in appearance however they fit fine. The price was reasonable, but I'm withholding one star because I want to see how they hold up to a midwest winter.

GREAT SOLID ONE PIECE LUGNUT TO REPLACE "CAPPED" OR RUSTY LUGNUTS
My 2007 focus had the dreaded "capped" 2 piece lug nuts and i needed to get my tires done so i purchased this ahead of time, all of them have held up so far, the only exception is the 2 that fell off on highway 51 in tulsa because of the tire shop screwing things up! very good looking lug nuts, nice chrome! only thing i hate is that almost all of my lugs that these were replacing had all lost their caps and rusted on, 4 in particular on one wheel were so bad that the tire shop i went to (the one with 3 guys as the mascots) had to torch off my old ones and only replaced 2 of my wheel studs (and basically ruined my wheel) well less than 3 months later my tire damn near came off on the highway because the 2 studs they didnt replace sheared clean off AND I LOST THESE BEAUTIFUL LUG NUTS! man i am MAD! If you know of anyone who has lug nuts that look rusty or missing their "caps" GET THEM TO BUY THESE (of the appropriate thread of course). a BIG safety issue is if you need to change a tire on the side of the road and you have the 2 piece style lug nuts, your lug wrench MIGHT NOT FIT! the 2 piece style either rust from the inside and make the nut bulge and become too big, or the caps come off and the inner carbon steel nut is too small! also tire shops will hate you and try to get you to buy new lug nuts when you get tires or a rotation for at least double or triple the price of these! Trust me, for your safety on the side of the road (ability to mount your spare tire) and because the tire guy will LOVE YOU for making his job easier, BUY THESE! plus IMHO they look better than the capped lug nuts did when they were new!

Solves the infamous Ford 'swollen lug nut' problem.
If you are looking at these reviews, you probably have already encountered the Ford swollen lug nut issue ( that Ford denies is actually and issue). I included a picture, from right to left, of the defective ford lug nut that requires you to drive a socket over with a hammer. The middle is the Ford nut with the silly 'decorative' cover that causes the issue, removed. On the left is the DP replacement nut that is solid and a good replacement for the original. I ordered 20 to replace all on our 2017 Ford Escape sport. Otherwise, replacing a flat on the road would be impossible. A quick Google search on the issue will show hundreds of stories of people encountering this problem. I would recommend replacing the factory lug nuts as soon as you purchase the vehicle, rather than waiting until they have swollen too large for a socket. - or better yet, get the dealer to do it as a condition of purchase. At any rate, these DP's are a very good replacement choice for the money. They fit just right, look great and, most importantly, work with the car's lug wrench.

MUCH better than Ford factory lug nuts!
Doing a tire rotation on my son's 2016 Ford Escape that he had recently purchased. The first two factory lug nuts I tried to remove just spun and didn't come off. Looking further into the problem, I learned that the Ford lug nuts are two pieces, with a metal cover over the true lug nut. This cover is prone to rusting underneath and/or swelling to the point that when trying to remove the lug nut, this cover just spins free from the lug nut. I used a smaller size socket which I had to drive onto the cover and was able to remove both of the lug nuts which had the loose covers. The other lug nuts I was able to get off by hammering the proper size 3/4 (19 MM is almost the same size and can also be used) socket onto them and removing them with a breaker bar. They had to be hammered on because although they didn't spin free from the lug nuts, they had swollen from heat and the elements. Fortunately I was able to get all of them removed. I had ordered 20 of the replacement one piece lug nuts from DPAccessories after first finding the two bad lug nuts on the car, and had these in hand to replace all of the factory lug nuts at once. They fit perfectly and are a much better option than getting more Ford lug nuts which are still made with the fake covers. No worries now that future tire rotations or removing a flat tire will turn into a bad experience because of lug nuts that will not come off. I had found recommendation for these lug nuts on several Ford forums and am glad I did!!

These lug nuts are of very high quality. I have used them for several seasons and no rust at all.

These replace 14 year old worn out open end lug nuts on an old Honda Fit. These new closed end nuts fit perfectly and look great on bare black wheels. I smeared some clear grease on them to keep the rust away as winter comes. These should outlast the car.

Fit perfect and good price.

They appear to be of decent quality but they are a bit light compared to the original which are also smaller. Hope they don’t rust like the factory crap. Doubt these would hold up to an impact so use a breaker bar to remove and a torque wrench to install.

Given a 4 for durability as I can't give a full report on that until they have some time out in the elements. These though are good as they are solid, not the capped nuts crap that you find, this is the NUMBER 1 reason I bought these for the wife's car. Shipping took a little bit but it was right before Christmas so I can't knock them for that.
