I've used Astroglide for years. I haven't noticed any change in viscosity as others have mentioned. Zero alergic reactions of any kind. Very slippery and feels very natural - at first. I only give it a four because it tends to dry out and get kind of sticky after about 10 minutes. At that point, you need to add some water; more lube only isn't the solution. This seems to be a common complaint with all water based lubes that I've read about so far and most seem to be worse in this regard than Astroglide. It cleans off very easily with just a little water afterwards. You can't beat the price. Don't buy the Astroglide that's in the tube(gel). That stuff is really gunky. I threw it out.

So from the pictures it looks sticky but its not, it almost has a lotion type of feel but not? If that makes sense. The size I bought is perfect for travel. Its VERY slippery so please be careful if you drip it on a hardwood/tile floors. I haven't yet had issues with stains but I read other reviews that say it does so watch for that but so far its great. It has a sweet taste to it but I don't plan on putting it in my mouth and it works really well with silicone toys.

If you don't want to be sticky, this lube is not for you. It's very slick and works well. I've never had any issues with this messing with my PH or anything like that. The only drawback is, like I said, that it is VERY sticky when it dries. You WILL need to shower and wash your hands, which you should be doing anyway, but you'll probably want to do it more immediately because the sticky feeling is rather unpleasant and is not something you can just wipe or even lick off. The slick is pretty long-lasting though, so it won't dry out quickly.
