I have tried many prescription sleep meds and none have worked to KEEP me asleep like this patch. The extended release works so well. No groggy feeling in the morning. These definitely superseded my skeptical expectations .

This totally works for me. I put a patch on before a redeye flight, I get good sleep on the plane, when I wake up I take the patch off and don't feel sluggish at all.

I don’t know how they work, but they work. My husband never sleeps soundly. He has terrible insomnia. We’ve tried other patches and they sort of work, but these…these knock him out. Nothing else does this. Not sleep meds prescription or otherwise. The first night he slept 5+ hours without waking. I thought…wow, maybe it’s a fluke. Second night he AGAIN slept 6+ hours without waking. This seems insane to me. I can’t explain it, but I am so thankful! Hoping this continues!!

I found that the patch worked very well and I wake up multiple times a night. But it’s expensive only get four patches. What about the other 26 days so I’m trying other patches to see if they work as well.

May as well put scotch tape on your arm these do not work. Buy the supplements in capsule form for better results.

When I drink coffee too late in the day or I have a lot on my mind, these patches help me to fall asleep. Keep by my bed where I can just pop one on.

These are so easy to use, very effective and a great thing to slip into your purse or carry on when traveling. Also if you’re nauseous or sick and can’t take a melatonin pill all you have to do is slap on a patch and you’re good to go!!

The patches worked for me. Unfortunately, I have sensitive skin and couldn't tolerate the adhesive.
