It has helped with my joint inflammation and I've notice better cognitive function since I started it. I have been using this for 6 months now. I do 10mg a day. I do recommend that you dissolve it in warm/hot water. It does not dissolve well in cold water.

From what I’ve read, consistency matters more than the exact dosage when the goal is muscle preservation, so that works for me.
