I really love the ease to install it. I had no issues at all. It was not necessary to use tools of any kind. The bidet works as intended to. I would recommend it any time.

So originally, this thing worked okay. It was comfortable to insert, worked well enough, and was overall a decent tool. Until it corroded. This was the first metal wand I've bought. I was hoping it was just poorly constructed, but after having a different wand of similar material corrode, I'm learning that tap water, at least within cities, is slightly chlorinated, which will corrode aluminum, lower-grade stainless steel, and various metal alloys over time. It began missing chunks of metal on one or more of the holes, making it painful to use if the water pressure is too high. It eventually became unsafe to use. You'll know its beginning to corrode if you can see specks of a copper color or discolored bits, or if there's strange nicks or chips on it anywhere. Even worse, the diverter system seemed really poorly made, being partially plastic, and the hose began to fall apart. This thing did not last as long as I'd hoped. Ended up "piecemealing" a new system with a separate wand, shower wand hose, and diverter, all (but the wand) of greater construction. In the end, try to find a wand that's plastic. I have an ABS one coming that I hope is much easier to maintain. The diverter I bought is considerably more robust and easier to use, and you can get a really nice affordable shower hose from Walmart or other retailers that won't fall apart quite like this one. Overall, this kit was not worth it. You get what you pay for. Consider the whole set a disposable product, long term.

None of the attachments fit my faucet, luckily I had one here that did work or I wouldn’t have been very happy. Install process was quick n easy, hose is perfect length. I absolutely love it! Seller should look into why so many ppl aren’t able to find the correct size in what’s provided though. It’s pretty standard.. I’ve ordered similar other things for this faucet and never had any issues with what I was sent fitting.

This is a review before I can even install it because it didn't even come with the right part to put on my sink. The paper it came with said it can be used with restroom sink faucet and it looks just like my sink but I cannot install it because the attachments given don't fit on my sink. There is one piece that is close but is too small so I cannot screw it in (need male attachment because sink is female threaded). I try to install the main piece directly but it is too hard to screw in due to the free spin nature. I will update after I try to buy the part in some nearby hardware stores.

Works great but designed for a faculty not a shower, had to by a shower diverter so it would attach. Bit clearer on the description

Had to buy an attachment to fit the standard shower piping but once installed it works great. Maybe too great!!!

It's not cheap. But it's very good. Excellent material. Everything is very sturdy. Incredibly versatile and suitable for all needs. It comes with various shower heads and plenty of nuts for assembly. The distributor is very good and sturdy and attaches to a faucet. Plus, it arrived the same day. I'm very satisfied.

Se instala perfectamente en la llave del lavabo. También puedes instalarlo en la de tubería del tanque del baño pero te recomiendo que compre el adaptador ya que son muy delicados. La estructura principal de de acero y perfectamente se amolda no tiene regulador de agua
