Natural med to calm me down
Took 1 a day 30 minutes before bed time, it does help me to de stress, winde dowd, and sleep through the night. Small pill, easy to swallow. Does not smell bad or anything. The quality is good, vallue for the money that I spent. Deffinatly recommended because I am sure it does effective to ease the stress.

Been taking it for 4 days now, I feel like my stress levels have decreased. Don’t forget to have a good meal in your stomach before taking those if not you’ll feel like you want to throw up for 2 hours
