7-Month Baby Boy Loves This One
This is my 7-month-old baby boy's favorite book! He loves the pictures and it is one of the few books that keeps his attention. It's a good size for reading with a wiggly baby on your lap and the pages are sturdy. The story is very simple and a bit nonsensical, but I'd highly recommend this book for little babes.

Not a good book.
Lots of typos in this book. There's no real story line to it either.

Large boardbook- story about friendship
This a board board, but note it is quite big and heavy (for a board book). Because of that, little hands might need a little help with holding/turning pages. Approximately every other page is cut-out around the edges in various shapes which was an interesting feature- though it almost acts as a "before and after" more than anything else. The story is simple and sweet. Spot decides to bring a branch of berries to his friend Arlo. To do that though, he has to pass through a string of other animals who also love berries- so he loses a few each page. By the end, though only one berry remains, we see that it really is the thought that counts and Arlo appreciates the valiant effort his friend Spot has made to bring him a sweet snack. As far as the story goes, I preferred A Mouse So Small which is a pretty similar story but has a bit more substance to it. However, this one has the HUGE advantage of being a Disney/Pixar book so kids will love that it has their favorite characters from the movie The Good Dinosaur.

Best for toddlers
I purchased this book at Barnes and noble for my son who is 6. It is a cute book but my 6 year old was not very interested in it due to the fact each page has only a couple words and some pages only one! It's a cute book for toddlers or beginners.

Fun Book for my Toddler
My toddler grandson, whose name happens to be inspired by the dinosaur in this book, loves reading this. He likes to say "Roar" and "Rawr" along with the characters. Nice story of friendship and sharing.
